and Property management. With over fifteen years
experience in this field we are extremely knowledgeable
in special projects and the day-to-day management
of estates and other real estate. Managing an estate
or an investment property is time consuming. We assess
the needs of the property; draw up a plan, include
a budget, for work that needs to be done on an ongoing
basis. We work within the budget to maintain the
property's highest value. We create a checklist of
items that need to be done and/or inspected on a
regular basis whether it's mechanical systems, lawn
care, exterior inspections, etc. We can offer advice
and help you find the best people to get what needs
to be done, done. Regular visits to the property
are made to ensure quality control. On special projects
we act as a liaison between contractors and homeowners
to insure quality and timely work.
